I am honored to join the Uganda National Council for Science and Technology (UNCST) as the Executive Secretary. Guided by our Five-Year Strategic Plan (2025/2026–2029/2030), we remain committed to advancing Uganda’s Science, Technology, and Innovation agenda in line with NDP IV and Vision 2040.

Together with our partners, we will continue fostering impactful research, innovation, and collaboration to drive sustainable national development.
